Profound Training, Diverse Opportunities: Welcome New Trainees to TecAlliance!

The shortage of skilled workers is a significant issue worldwide. To address this, we have been dedicated to training junior staff through various apprenticeships and dual study programs for many years, achieving remarkable success. The German business magazine Capital has named us one of the “Best Trainers in Germany” seven times. Our very good final grades and high takeover rate further attest to the quality of our training programs. On 2 September 2024, we were thrilled to welcome nine new apprentices and dual students to our Weikersheim site.

Each year, we offer a wide range of training and study opportunities. This year, we have eight students in the fields of Business Informatics, Applied Computer Science, Data Science and AI, International Business, and Digital Business Management. The dual students focus on practical training combined with academic studies. Two of these students had previously completed their apprenticeships with us successfully. Additionally, we have one prospective IT specialist in application development starting his training.

“Training is of strategic importance to us in order to secure qualified specialists. We are pleased that we have once again been able to attract so many motivated trainees and students,” says Kerstin Langohr, Group Manager Vocational Training.

For our young school graduates, their journey begins with a 4-week orientation programme where they learn about our company, products, and get to know the rest of the trainee team and other colleagues. The orientation focuses on fun and team spirit, setting a positive tone for their time with us.

Our flat hierarchies and agile structures enable quick skill development and personal responsibility. Rotation across various company locations in Germany and opportunities for international assignments provide valuable insights into different fields of work and open up development prospects in global markets.

“We aim to retain our trainees and students as skilled workers in the long term, investing significantly in optimal training. This commitment pays off: every year, our graduates shine with above-average grades, and we are proud of our very high employment rate,” highlights Kerstin Langohr.

Our recognition as one of “Germany’s Best Training Companies” by the renowned business magazine Capital confirms our commitment to training young talents. We have been honored with this coveted award seven times, most recently in 2023 with the maximum number of points in both areas, underlining our outstanding position as a leading trainer in Germany.

“We have long made it our goal to sustainably strengthen our own talent pool by offering committed young people sound training and practice-oriented study opportunities. We are proud to have successfully accompanied many young talents on their way to a vocational or university degree,” says Kerstin Langohr.
