We Wrapped Up a Successful Week in Shanghai

From 26–29 November 2025, we exhibited at Automechanika Shanghai 2025. It was an incredible week — a great success and an excellent platform to connect with our existing customers and suppliers, as well as meet new potential partners from across the region.

We remain committed to setting the global data standard for the automotive aftermarket. At this year’s Automechanika Shanghai, we precisely focused on five core industry topics. Through collaboration between our global and regional teams, we demonstrated our forward-looking approach and unwavering commitment to driving industrial synergy:

1. Establishing a New Global Data Standard for Chinese Vehicles (ICE/EV/HCV)

In response to the rapid rise of Chinese automotive brands in the global market, we are dedicated to building a comprehensive vehicle and parts database covering Internal Combustion Engine Vehicle (ICEV), Electric Vehicle (EV), and Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) segments. Our solution provides Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) decoding, precise parts catalogs, Repair and Maintenance information, supporting the global independent aftermarket for Chinese vehicles. We assist global parts manufacturers, distributors, and repair workshops in serving this fast-growing market segment.

2. Empowering Digital Transformation in Cross-Border B2B and B2C Trade

To address the booming cross-border e-commerce of automotive parts, we offer fitment & listing solutions optimized for both B2B and B2C scenarios. By providing standardized product information, intelligent compatibility data, and digital asset management tools, we empower e-commerce platforms and sellers/traders to achieve accurate product listings, reliable cross-border sales, and significant reductions in return rates. Our data services support multi-language and multi-market localization, ensuring excellent shopping and transaction experience across global markets.

3. Deepening Intelligent Application of Repair, Maintenance, and Diagnostic Data

Amid increasing vehicle technological complexity, we deliver high-quality Repair & Maintenance Information (RMI) and diagnostic data solutions. We provide deep interpretation of maintenance process, maintenance plan and fault code, enabling service networks to perform repairs efficiently and accurately. 4. Creating Lifecycle Data and Catalog Solutions for Commercial Vehicles

At this exhibition, we also highlighted its catalog solution for Chinese commercial vehicles. The solution supports multiple query methods, including VIN, part number, vehicle model, and engine module searches. Leveraging TecAlliance robust data resources, it delivers fast responses and supports fuzzy searches, making queries more flexible and convenient.

5. Innovating localized TecCom Returns and Warranty China solution

To improve aftermarket service efficiency and end-user experience, TecAlliance has developed an order and aftersaleslocal solution—TecCom Warranty & Return China Module. This mobile solution integrated in Wechat App is specifically designed for the China automotive aftermarket, focusing on efficiently handling core aftersales processes such as parts claims, quality inquiries, and returns.

The solution significantly shortens parts claim cycles, enhances channel customer satisfaction, and helps companies accumulate valuable aftersales data. This supports continuous optimization of product quality and supply chain management, serving as a key tool for automotive parts companies in digitizing their aftersales services.
