Looking back over the past 20 years, it’s clear that our collective efforts have paid off. We’ve broadened our RMI footprint significantly, a strategic expansion that was particularly emphasized in the last years. Beyond our initial focus, we’ve launched innovative solutions that have enhanced our market presence and share. Notably, we introduced TecRMI Service Book, providing valuable services alongside our technical data. Additionally, we’ve rolled out new tools like the document scanner, further diversifying our offering. While we celebrate these successes, we also recognize the challenges we faced. Each obstacle has been a learning opportunity, shaping us into the industry leaders we are today.
Our Future Vision
Looking forward, TecRMI is set for exciting developments. Our vision is to support the entire workshop process with OE compliant data, enhanced by our services and solutions. Enabling the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) to deliver OE-compliant services through efficient and streamlined processes. We are also thrilled to tease the upcoming launch of Service Book 360° which will allow workshops to offer digital service records regardless of the vehicle make, therefore strengthening our core product but focusing on future needs. Our team is growing, and with each new member comes fresh ideas and perspectives that drive us forward.
