We are proud to share some exciting news: for the ninth consecutive year, we have been recognized as one of Germany’s top training organizations. The award comes from the respected business magazine Capital, which conducts the annual study “Germany’s Best Trainers.” This year, around 500 companies participated and once again we stood out. Even better, we achieved five out of five stars in both categories: vocational training and dual study programs. This is a remarkable achievement and a testament to the strength of our training concept.
What Makes Our Training Program Exceptional?
Our success is built on two pillars: future-focused programs and dedicated trainers. Our training goes beyond the basics. It is designed to meet the evolving needs of both our trainees and the company. This approach ensures that our trainees consistently perform above average and helps us develop skilled professionals for key roles. Behind every successful trainee is a committed trainer.
Their expertise and enthusiasm create an environment where learning thrives. Many trainees are so inspired that they earn their official training license, fully funded by the company, while still studying. Some even become trainers themselves after joining us full-time.
Celebrating Our Trainees’ Success
This year, five IT specialists in application development completed their training after three years of hands-on experience, team rotations, and exciting projects. We are thrilled that all five are continuing their journey with us as full-time software developers.
Our dual students also achieved outstanding results and completed their studies in September. Five of them are now pursuing master’s degrees while contributing to different teams across the company. We could not be prouder of their achievements.
