This online tool allows workshops to document maintenance work quickly and easily and have it entered into the vehicle manufacturers’ systems in a standardised process, preserving warranty and goodwill rights and maintaining the vehicle’s resale value.
In addition, its all-new TecRMI Verified Repairs database delivers real-world, expert-validated repair and diagnostic cases based on actual workshop challenges. The result: increased first-time fix rates, repair data outside the OE scope, increase in customer satisfaction.
