How AUTODOC and TecCom are strengthening digital collaboration for growth
)
AUTODOC is deepening its cooperation with TecCom to integrate and onboard suppliers using standardised processes, access accurate supplier data and operate more efficiently. At the TecCom SAP Expert Meeting, the European aftermarket player outlined how common processes will support its continued development.
“Reliable supplier collaboration is essential to AUTODOC’s growth. By working closely with TecCom, we aim to make supplier onboarding simpler, automate more of our order processes and improve visibility across deliveries. This helps us scale efficiently while giving our suppliers a clear framework for working with us.”

Strong connections help businesses grow. As order volumes rise and delivery models become more varied, manufacturers and spare parts buying organisations benefit from reliable information and processes that work across company boundaries.
These priorities brought AUTODOC, TecCom and major suppliers together at the TecCom SAP Expert Meeting on 7 and 8 October 2026, hosted by SKF Vertevo in Schweinfurt. Massimo Pozzoli, EU Senior Manager in AUTODOC’s Vendor Management Team, presented the company’s business model, growth trajectory and priorities for closer cooperation with TecCom and its supplier partners.
European expansion supported by consistent processes
With online shops in 27 European countries, AUTODOC is one of the largest digital players in the independent automotive aftermarket.
)
In 2025, it generated approximately €1.8 billion in revenue, up 16.3% on the previous year, and processed 18.9 million orders. Revenue increased by a further 12.8% year on year in the first half of 2026.
AUTODOC’s main sales channels are its core B2C business, AUTODOC PRO for professional workshops, and AUTODOC MARKETPLACE. The company continues to invest in its European logistics network, including its UK warehouse and automation in Cheb, Czech Republic.
For AUTODOC and its suppliers, accurate availability, dependable confirmations and timely delivery updates help keep purchasing and fulfilment aligned. This shared information supports the reliable service customers expect.
Closer cooperation from data to delivery
At the meeting, AUTODOC highlighted TecCom’s role in helping it streamline operations, increase automation and scale efficiently. Its approach connects the information exchanged before an order with the processes and updates that follow.
AUTODOC uses several fulfilment options to serve its customers:
Prepurchase: Stock is held and orders are packed by AUTODOC.
Just-in-time: Stock is held by the supplier, with live availability updates. AUTODOC handles packing.
Drop shipping: Stock is held by the supplier, who also packs and ships orders directly to customers.
Vendor Flex: Stock remains at the supplier’s premises, with live availability updates. AUTODOC staff handle packing on site.
Each model requires the right data at the right stage to keep purchasing and fulfilment aligned.
The operational framework presented by AUTODOC brings these requirements together. TecCom Managed Data supports the exchange of agreed assortment, stock and pricing information. Standardised order flows, despatch advice and shipment tracking provide visibility through fulfilment. Together, these processes are designed to reduce manual clarification and make day-to-day cooperation easier for both sides.

A clearer route to working together
AUTODOC also presented a structured and faster supplier onboarding approach via TecCom, covering kick-off, planning, development, testing, go-live and ongoing support.
For AUTODOC’s procurement and IT teams and their counterparts at suppliers, this establishes a common starting point. Agreeing responsibilities, data requirements and processes early helps both partners plan resources and prepare for live operations.
TecCom also offered AUTODOC direct support with SAP-related integration questions involving its trading partners, helping align technical implementation with the agreed business processes.
What this means for manufacturers and buying organisations
For manufacturers, the cooperation demonstrates how TecCom helps them work with a large European buyer through familiar digital processes. Current product, stock and pricing data makes it easier for their customers to assess their offering and place orders with confidence.
For large distributors, wholesalers, e-commerce businesses and other spare parts buying organisations, it illustrates how structured supplier data can support purchasing and downstream operations. Consistent information provides a basis for automation as volumes grow and sourcing models evolve.
AUTODOC and TecCom are continuing to strengthen this foundation together, with a focus on efficient supplier connections and up-to-date information throughout the order process.
