GOLDA becomes a TecAlliance shareholder, strengthening a long-standing partnership in France
)
GOLDA (Groupement pour l’Optimisation des Liaisons dans la Distribution Automobile) has become a shareholder of TecAlliance GmbH, joining a group of 32 leading companies from the independent automotive aftermarket (IAM) that support our enduring mission of advancing industry-wide collaboration, standardisation, and digitalisation.
We first partnered with GOLDA in 2003, helping to drive digital process optimisation and data standardisation in the French aftermarket. Since 2009, TecAlliance has been a shareholder in GOLDA, reflecting our long-standing commitment to the French market and to the collaborative model represented by the organisation.
Founded in 1996 by FEDA (Fédération de la Distribution Automobile) and FIEV (Fédération des Industries des Equipements pour Véhicules), GOLDA occupies a unique position within the French independent aftermarket. By bringing together parts manufacturers and distributors within the same organisation, it represents the entire IAM value chain and provides a platform for cooperation on topics such as data exchange, process efficiency, and digital transformation. Golda was a minority shareholder in TecAlliance France SAS.
To simplify the operations, a mutual agreed decision was taken for TecAlliance GmbH to become 100% shareholder of TecAlliance France SAS and in turn GOLDA now becomes a shareholder in TecAlliance GmbH. This underlines the commitment from both parties to continue a successful partnership with a shared belief that industry-wide challenges are best addressed through collaboration, common standards, and interoperable digital solutions.
Peter van der Galiën, CEO of TecAlliance:
"GOLDA has been a trusted partner in France for more than twenty years, and we are delighted to welcome the organisation as a TecAlliance shareholder. The French aftermarket benefits from GOLDA’s distinctive model, which brings together manufacturers and distributors to work on common industry challenges. Our organisations share the same objective: enabling a more connected, efficient and competitive independent aftermarket through standardised data and seamless collaboration."

Under the presidency of Gildas du Cleuziou, Managing Director of bilstein group France, GOLDA continues to advance solutions that strengthen information exchange and standardisation across the French aftermarket ecosystem.
Gildas du Cleuziou, President of GOLDA:
"GOLDA’s mission is to be the trusted partner for the digitalisation and optimisation of data exchanges across the French automotive aftermarket. We deliver on this mission both by bringing TecCom solutions to the French market and by developing our own solutions when required to address evolving customer and market needs. Becoming a TecAlliance shareholder strengthens our long-standing partnership as well as our ability to contribute to European standards and digital solutions, while pursuing our own mission in France."
Together with GOLDA, we will continue to support a more connected and efficient aftermarket by fostering interoperability, trusted data exchange and effective cooperation across the entire value chain.
