Looking Ahead to Automechanika Frankfurt 2026
)
From 8 to 12 September, we will be welcoming customers, partners and industry experts to our booth in Hall 3.0, Stand B50 at Automechanika Frankfurt. As one of the most important meeting places for the global automotive aftermarket, the event provides a valuable opportunity to discuss industry trends, exchange ideas and explore new opportunities for collaboration. We are already looking forward to meeting the aftermarket community in person and discussing how data, standards and digital solutions can help shape the future of the industry.
In this interview, Isabel Meeus, our Commercial Director Europe Central, shares her perspective on the importance of Automechanika, the key topics currently shaping the aftermarket, and how we help market participants navigate an increasingly complex environment.

Automechanika remains a key industry meeting point
What role does Automechanika play for your business?
Automechanika is much more than a trade fair for us. It is one of the most important meeting points for the international automotive aftermarket.
The events give us the opportunity to meet customers, partners and industry experts in person, identify emerging market trends at an early stage and discuss the future of mobility and the independent aftermarket together.
Despite all the opportunities digital communication offers, we firmly believe that personal relationships and trust remain essential for successful business.
Which target groups are you particularly looking to reach and why?
As a neutral data and standardisation partner, we connect the different stakeholders across the independent aftermarket.
Our focus is on parts manufacturers, distributors, workshops, as well as digital platform and technology partners. Together, we face challenges that no company can solve alone, from data quality and digitalisation to new vehicle technologies.
At Automechanika, we want to demonstrate how standardised data, intelligent solutions and trusted partnerships help increase efficiency and enable sustainable growth throughout the entire value chain.
In your opinion, what are currently the biggest challenges?
Our biggest challenge is also our greatest opportunity: the growing complexity of the automotive aftermarket.
Artificial intelligence, electromobility, software-defined vehicles and new mobility concepts are transforming the industry at a rapid pace. As a result, the requirements for data quality, standardisation and digital connectivity continue to increase.
Our role at TecAlliance is to provide orientation in this increasingly complex environment. As a neutral Data-as-a-Service partner, we ensure that market participants have access to trusted data and standards that enable efficient collaboration and long-term competitiveness.
Ultimately, however, success is about more than data and technology. Meaningful transformation happens when people, data and trust come together. This is where we see our role: connecting market participants, creating transparency and helping the independent automotive aftermarket shape the future together.
