Welcome Anke Wolf: Driving growth through people

We are excited to welcome Anke Wolf as our new Vice President Global Human Relations. Joining on 1 October 2026, she brings more than 25 years of international HR leadership experience and a strong background in the automotive and technology sectors.

Throughout her career, Anke has taken full-scope HR responsibility and led large-scale transformation initiatives, talent and leadership programmes for global companies, including Mercedes-Benz, Bosch, and Deutsche Post DHL.

With extensive international experience and a track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams, she brings a global perspective that will help strengthen collaboration across our organisation.

Creating an environment where people and business can grow together is what motivates me most. As Vice President Global Human Relations, I look forward to building the capabilities that will support TecAlliance's continued global growth and success.

In her new role, Anke will focus on developing the organisational capabilities, leadership structures, and people strategies needed to support our long-term ambitions and continued success.
