Highlights from Automechanika Frankfurt 2026

From 8 to 12 September, we were delighted to welcome customers, partners and industry professionals to our booth at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026. It was a week full of inspiring conversations, valuable meetings and practical demonstrations of how data, standards and connected processes help the independent automotive aftermarket work more efficiently.

Visitors got a first-hand look at the latest developments in TecDoc, including real-time data exchange, enhanced vehicle identification services and next-generation data delivery. We also introduced the new TecDoc Non-Spare Parts category, which extends the TecDoc standardisation approach to accessories and workshop equipment through structured classifications, clear attributes and consistent product information.

At the same time, our TecRMI experts demonstrated how manufacturers-compliant repair, maintenance and diagnostic information can support workshops throughout the entire service process. Special attention was given to TecRMI Verified Repairs and Service Book, helping workshops manage complex repair scenarios more efficiently and maintain manufacturer-compliant digital service records.

At our dedicated TecRMI Workshop Day on 12 September workshop professionals learned how digital repair and maintenance information can help increase efficiency, improve service quality and support profitability in everyday workshop operations.

Another important milestone was the introduction of Kyvera, our new innovation hub focused on building the aftermarket's next shared data foundation. As AI, digital platforms and connected ecosystems continue to transform the industry, Kyvera explores new approaches to data exchange, interoperability and AI-ready data infrastructure..

Beyond the product innovations, the event was all about bringing people together. Throughout the week, our booth hosted expert sessions, customer presentations and partner contributions, creating opportunities to exchange ideas, discuss industry challenges and explore practical solutions for the future of the aftermarket. We were particularly pleased to feature several TecAlliance customers and partners on stage, adding further perspectives and expertise to the programme.
