France e-Invoicing: We are officially registered as PDP

We are proud to announce that we have officially become a Plateforme de Dématérialisation Partenaire (PDP) in France. This milestone aligns with the upcoming regulatory reform, which mandates electronic invoicing starting from September 1st, 2026. As a global leader in the automation of the automotive aftermarket supply chain, we are committed to helping our clients meet these new requirements and streamline their invoicing processes.

PDPs will serve as trusted third parties in the new electronic invoicing and mandatory VAT e-reporting system established by the French government, with responsibilities including verifying invoice compliance and extracting mandatory data for submission to the tax authorities. Registration is granted by the DGFiP (Direction Générale des Finances Publiques) subject to successful testing with another PDP and the PPF (Portail Public de Facturation) once it is operational.

The PDP status requires adherence to a strict set of specifications, particularly regarding the transmission and security of processed data (ISO 27001 and SecNumCloud certifications), involving significant technical and organisational investments. “TecAlliance’s decision to become a PDP in France reflects our commitment to supporting our clients in the full digitalisation and automation of their business processes in every country where they operate, thanks to our global and modular solution TecCom,” said Peter van der Galiën, CEO TecAlliance.
