Welcome to our New Trainees and Dual Students in 2026

On 1 September, six trainees and dual students are starting their vocational training and dual study programmes at our Weikersheim site.
This year, they are starting in the following areas:
Application Development
Bachelor of Science – Industrial Engineering, Innovation and Product Management
Bachelor of Science – Applied Computer Science
Two are beginning vocational training in Application Development, while the other four are starting dual study programmes in cooperation with Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Mosbach.
The group also brings together different backgrounds and experiences, including students from Ukraine and India. One of our new dual students previously completed the International Preparatory Program at DHBW Mosbach, Bad Mergentheim campus, before starting their studies with us.
The first few days are dedicated to helping them settle in and become familiar with the company. Our current trainees and dual students play an active role in this process by sharing important information about their training and studies, offering practical advice based on their own experience, and helping the group get to know one another.
Vocational training and dual studies offer different ways to combine learning with practical experience. While our application development trainees complete their vocational training with us, our dual students combine their academic studies at DHBW Mosbach with hands-on experience in their respective teams.
