TecDoc ONE helps manufacturers prepare, validate, and publish product data through a structured process.
The platform is first configured with the required brands, product groups, article statuses, templates, and publishing settings. Internal data is then mapped to TecDoc standards, including GenArts, criteria, supplier IDs, and catalogue-relevant attributes.
Product data, assets, references, and vehicle linkages can be created or imported into TecDoc ONE. Before publication, Instant Data Processing (IDP) validates the data and provides clear live states such as published, partially published, validated, or rejected.
Once approved, the data is transferred to the TecDoc catalogue where it can be maintained continuously to keep it accurate and up to date.
