Customer hereby agrees that it is a prerequisite of the contract that the special conditions granted to the customer are only valid if the customer is a member of the said ITG and TecAlliance cooperates with this ITG. If the cooperation agreement between TecAlliance and the mentioned ITG ends due to expiration or termination, or if the customer's membership in the ITG ends, TecAlliance is entitled to make an offer to the customer to change this agreement. The customer has six (6) weeks to accept this offer. If the customer does not accept this offer in due time, TecAlliance has the right to terminate this contract immediately.
