I hereby agree that it is a prerequisite of the contract that the special conditions granted to the customer are only valid if the customer is a member of the said ITG and TecAlliance cooperates with this ITG. If the cooperation agreement between TecAlliance and the mentioned ITG ends due to expiration or termination, or if the customer's membership in the ITG ends, TecAlliance has the right to terminate this contract extraordinarily with immediate effect. I hereby agree that the contract with TecAlliance is deemed concluded upon TecAlliance’s first data delivery, and that the contractual relationship is governed by the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions.
