The Automässan, the premier event for the automotive service and aftermarket industry in the Nordics, took place from 18-21 January 2023, and our team was there in full force to showcase the latest developments and proven solutions to support parts manufacturers, wholesalers, and workshops in digitization, process optimization, and e-commerce.
With over 250 exhibitors and a record number of 20,000 visitors from Scandinavian and non-Scandinavian countries, Automässan was the perfect opportunity for our team to meet existing customers and initiate new cooperations. The fair was characterized by four successful days of very good and informative discussions.
One of the product highlights that the aftermarket community looked forward to was the first release of our new PIM solution TecDoc One with DMM Online. This intuitive online platform allows parts manufacturers to manage their product offerings in the TecDoc standard and make them available at points of sale. This is an excellent solution for anyone looking to improve their professional data management.
Visitors were also highly interested in our TecCom solutions, which cover all processes related to order processing in the automotive aftermarket – from availability requests and parts ordering to electronic invoices and returns. This allows for optimal processes from availability request to return, making it easier than ever to manage your automotive aftermarket business.
Another highlight was our TecRMI solutions, which support processes in workshops, trade, and e-commerce with standardised, OE-compliant repair and maintenance information for all common vehicle manufacturers. This allows for optimum workshop service from appointment to vehicle handover.
