We introduced our global Code of Conduct

We have adopted a Code of Conduct that applies to all locations and subsidiaries worldwide as of 1 January 2023. With this set of rules, we are setting an example for transparency, quality and sustainability.

The Code of Conduct provides our team with a clear set of rules on the essential topics of social interaction in everyday work, occupational safety and environmental protection, and data protection. It also covers dealing with gifts and invitations, avoiding corruption and bribery, non-discrimination, and responding to indications of unethical behaviour.

The guidelines give orientation and security in our daily business life in an increasingly complex and challenging working environment. They show how we deal with possible questions that may arise or difficult situations concerning business practices or dealings with colleagues, shareholders and business partners.

The code is based on our company values that have been defined in order to make us a driving force in the digitisation of the entire automotive aftermarket, i.e. One Team, Customer Centricity, Entrepreneurial Thinking, Innovation and Result Driven.
