For the sixth time in a row, the German business magazine Capital has named us as one of “Germany’s best training companies”. We are happy that we received the award, once again with 5 of 5 stars in the areas of “vocational training” and “dual studies”.
The shortage of personnel is hitting all industries harder than ever. This makes it all the more important to train qualified junior staff and retain them in the long term. The aim of the study conducted by Capital together with the talent platform Ausbildung.de is to work out the success factors for training and dual studies in Germany. Among other things, the study looks at the support and involvement of trainees, teaching methods, the use of digital media as well as career opportunities and further training options.
A total of 751 companies took part in the comprehensive study, which was carried out from the beginning of March to the end of May this year. The participating companies include Dax corporations and public authorities as well as medium-sized companies and craft workshops.
Future-oriented training with good chances of permanent employment

“As an expert in data management, we are driving digitalisation in the automotive aftermarket. In our training, we rely on creative and innovative methods. We work in an agile manner with flat hierarchies and, of course, mobile working is also possible.”
Kerstin Langohr, Group Manager Vocational Training.
For almost 20 years, we have been qualifying young people for a successful professional future in various apprenticeships and dual study programmes. Many trainees decide to continue their dual studies with us after graduation. And almost 90 percent of all trainees were offered a job after graduation.
Extraordinary results
The extraordinarily good performance of our trainees also speaks for the high quality of the training: In this graduating class of around 3,900 trainees, two graduates were once again among the best in their year and received awards from the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK). The remaining four graduates also finished their vocational training with very good results.
On 15 November 2022, the award ceremony took place as part of the digital graduation ceremony, which we celebrated with a nice get-together in Weikersheim. “We are very proud of our graduates! It is very important to us to accompany and support our trainees in the best possible way. It’ s great when they complete their training so successfully”, says Kerstin.
Apply now for 2023
In autumn 2023, we will once again be recruiting trainees in the fields of IT and digitalisation management and offering various dual study places, e.g. in international business or business IT.
Our online career portal provides potential new employees, trainees and students with detailed information on our entry opportunities. On Instagram and in the blog https://traineetracks.tecalliance.net/, our trainees provide insights into their everyday life at TecAlliance.
