We will showcase the evolution of our globally renowned TecDoc ecosystem with a range of solutions that support real-time data exchange and global data management. Central to this is TecDoc ONE, a powerful PIM system enhanced with Vehicles in Operation (VIO) data to streamline catalogue accuracy and daily operations. Visitors can also explore the new global VRM identification service and the VIN2OE Truck & Trailer solution, both designed to simplify vehicle and parts identification. The partnership with eBay will also take the spotlight—introducing enhanced compatibility tools and plug-ins that improve listing accuracy, reduce transaction errors, and build buyer trust in the online parts marketplace.
Strengthening Workshop Support
Ahead of the fair, we are proud to announce the acquisition of Tecnomania BCN XXI SL (Autotecnic), a leading Spanish provider of AI-driven diagnostic platforms and technical training for workshops. This strategic move strengthens our TecRMI portfolio, supporting garages and distributors with smarter, more efficient repair and maintenance solutions.
TecRMI, known for its standardised, OE-compliant repair and maintenance information, will also showcase process optimisation tools and services such as the TecRMI Service Book. This online tool allows workshops to document maintenance work quickly and easily and have it entered into the vehicle manufacturers’ systems in a standardised process, preserving warranty and goodwill rights and maintaining the vehicle’s resale value.
Enhancing order-to-invoice-to-returns processes with TecCom
TecCom will be another highlight, offering solutions for all aspects of order processing in the automotive aftermarket. Live presentations will demonstrate digital returns management. Visitors will also learn about the new TecCom Market Share Analysis and other innovations designed to enhance workflow efficiency, transaction quality and relationship building through improved standards and cloud technology.
