We exhibited for the very first time at Expopartes 2025 in Bogotá, Colombia — and it couldn’t have come at a better time. Not only is this one of the most important automotive fairs in South America, but it also coincided with the 10th anniversary of our subsidiary TecAlliance do Brasil and the 50th anniversary of Asopartes, a key partner in our journey through Latin America.
From June 4 to 6, our team — Heloísa Monzani, Fernando Murguia, Antoni Diestre, and Carlos Henao — proudly represented TecAlliance at our own stand. We were there to connect, share, and exchange ideas with industry professionals from across the Americas. Expopartes gathered exhibitors from over 15 countries, bringing solutions for combustion engines, electric vehicles, heavy-duty transport, and everything in between. The energy was high, the conversations meaningful, and the opportunities truly exciting.
A Proud Moment for TecAlliance do Brasil
Being there, side by side with key players in the region, was a major milestone for us — especially as we celebrate 10 years of TecAlliance do Brasil. Over the last decade, we’ve expanded steadily, and Colombia has always held a special place in our story. Our first TecDoc customer in the country, Groupauto Colombia, came on board back in 2016. That relationship laid the groundwork for everything that followed, including our strategic partnership with Asopartes in 2022 and the evolution of our Vehicle Data Standardization (VDS) efforts across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and the heavy commercial vehicle segment.
One of the most memorable moments of the week was seeing Heloísa Monzani take the stage at the Forum of Female Leadership in the Automotive Industry, organized by Asopartes. It was a powerful reflection of the diversity and leadership we strive to embody — and support — across our team and our industry.
Connecting Through Knowledge, Data, and Collaboration
Throughout the event, we had the chance to present our data-driven solutions for the automotive aftermarket and discuss our strategic partnership with Autotecnic. We also took part in technical seminars and networking sessions hosted by Groupauto AC/CO/EC/VZ, which allowed us to dive deeper into market trends, share ideas, and explore exciting new business opportunities.
Expopartes wasn’t just about showcasing what we do — it was about building relationships and reinforcing our commitment to the growth of the automotive aftermarket in Latin America. And Colombia, with its growing auto parts imports (up 3.79% in 2024, according to DIAN) and strategic position in the region, is key to that mission.
What’s Next? Big Moves in Colombia
We’re not slowing down anytime soon. Looking ahead, we’re thrilled to announce that the TecAlliance Partner Program (TAPP) is coming to Colombia in 2025! On top of that, we’re expanding our local presence even further with a dedicated sales agent in the country — because nothing beats being close to our customers and partners when it comes to building long-term success.
Participating in Expopartes 2025 was more than just showing up with a stand — it was a symbol of how far we’ve come, and where we’re headed next. We’re grateful for every conversation, every new connection, and every opportunity to keep growing together. Here’s to what’s next!
