Specialist CSR/Compliance/Sustainability wanted

The digital transformation presents companies with new challenges that require comprehensive, profound, and sustainable change. Customers, partners, service providers, employees and applicants demand verifiable sustainability. We have taken measures to meet these requirements. Now we are looking for savvy reinforcement for our team and are hiring a CSR/Compliance/Sustainability Specialist (m/f/d).

Digital transformation is on everyone’s lips while companies confront new challenges. Transformation due to digitisation is understood as a comprehensive, profound and sustainable change in a company.

Our customers, partners and service providers demand verifiable sustainability. And so do our employees and applicants. It is important to us to meet these requirements:

  • with our Code of Conduct, we set an example for transparency, quality and sustainability.
  • in this year’s Eco-Vadis sustainability rating, we were again awarded a silver medal. This external assessment underscores the credibility of our commitment to sustainability

and establishes us as a reliable and responsible employer.

A compliance manager ensures that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements and follows self-imposed ethical requirements to avoid claims and liabilities to the company. But because compliance covers many topics, no two jobs are alike.

“Our new “Corporate Social Responsibility/Compliance/Sustainability Specialist” will collaborate closely with me to ensure that our organisation acts in accordance with applicable laws and respects requirements of our clients. Sustainability and compliance are closely linked as they influence each other. This is especially true when introducing sustainability reporting.”

Britta Boscheinen, Compliance Manager

In day-to-day work, this involves, among other things:

  • proactively developing approaches to sustainability and diversity together with internal stakeholders
  • handling whistleblower reports from receipt to resolution
  • ensuring that international legal requirements and local laws are fulfilled
  • collaborate closely with colleagues in Risk Management, Accounting, IT Security and Human Resources & Organisation, as well as with our works councils
  • define and implement new processes and policies
  • communicate compliance processes and achievements.
