How we promote young talent

We are happy to welcome eleven young talents at our Weikersheim (Germany) site for the start of training on 1 September 2023. Three trainees as IT specialists for Data and Process Analysis as well as Application Development and eight ambitious dual students from various disciplines will start their careers with us.

The dual students focus on practical training in combination with academic studies. This year, the courses chosen are International Business (BA), Online Media (BA), Innovation and Product Management (BE) and Business Informatics (BSc).

One student chose the new Science and Artificial Intelligence (BSc) programme, which is being offered for the first time at DHBW Mosbach this semester. The degree programme offers the unique opportunity to significantly advance the digital transformation and to help shape the future. With a focus on key technologies such as artificial intelligence and data science, a broad field of application opens up, enabling, for example, the development of voice assistants, chatbots, video filters and other innovative products and services.

The award as one of “Germany’s Best Training Companies” by the renowned business magazine Capital confirms our commitment to training young talents. We haves already been honoured with this coveted award six times, underlining our outstanding position as a trainer in Germany.

In their blog “Trainee Tracks“, our trainees and students regularly provide insights into their everyday life with us. They also regularly present our company and answer pupils’ questions at career events.
