After a long time, it is now possible again to hold customer meetings on an international level without restrictions. We have taken this opportunity and planned three TecCom User Groups in Europe for this year: Milan, Copenhagen and Barcelona. At the TecCom User Groups, our customers from trade and industry come together and discuss with us the latest TecCom solutions and developments as well as trends in the aftermarket industry.
Our European tour started in Milan on October 5, 2022, followed a week later by the User Group in Copenhagen on October 12, 2022. Last but not least, we welcomed our Spanish-speaking customers in Barcelona on October 19, 2022.
In all meetings TecCom Solutions and their new developments were presented. Since a lot has been happening in the TecCom world lately, we had a tight schedule filled with exciting topics. Topics included:
- TecCom Excellence Program: Certification and validation of message quality
- TXML5: New communication format with enhanced standards and functions
- TecCom Portal: New helpful features such as customizable dashboard and practical tips to facilitate workflows
- TecCom Open Orders: The way to cost-effective and automated Open Order Lists
- Single Sign On: One login for all solutions, including increased data security and convenience
- TecCom E-Invoicing: Tax compliant e-Invoicing solution for the global automotive aftermarket
- TecCom CMD: Standardized format for article and price lists as well as availability data
- TecCom Returns: The holy grail for returns and warranty management
The heart of the meetings were the lively discussions between the participants as well as the exchange between dealers and suppliers. The discussions provided valuable insights into the requirements in the field of e-commerce in the automotive aftermarket. These discussions could also be continued during the breaks with a pleasant atmosphere, a hot coffee and good food.
In addition, the direct exchange brought us closer to the needs of our customers and their individual wishes.
