TecAlliance is again one of the best training companies in Germany
We are one of Germany’s best training companies. This conclusion was the result of the ‘Germany’s Best Trainers’ study, which was conducted for the fourth time among 666 companies through a collaboration of the ‘Capital’ business magazine, the talent platform Ausbildung.de and the personnel marketing experts from Territory Embrace. TecAlliance earned the excellent five-star rating in in the ‘training’ and ‘dual-study programme’ categories.
We are aware that well-trained IT professionals are a key factor for future success. In addition we pay very close attention to our trainees’ needs and provide individual assistance.
Innovative and creative trainings methods
Especially in IT education we focus on creative training methods. At our site in Weikersheim, Germany, we have installed a training centre for up-and-coming developers – i.e. a technically well-equipped “think tank”. The puts the trainees at the focal point so that they receive intensive support. Knowledge is transferred continuously, guaranteeing that all participants learn the same high-quality contents. The trainees and students constantly exchange ideas and help each other.
In our training centre, the “crafts” play an important role: presentation techniques and selected project management methods are taught and applied intensively. These include agile methods using Scrum, which are particularly suitable for software development.
Very high training quality
“These awards prove that our creative and innovative training approaches and the international orientation of the training programme have put us on the path to success”, says Kerstin Langohr, Group Manager Vocational Training at TecAlliance. “Whether you have a look at our training schedules, performance reviews or methods of learning, those who start working here immediately perceive our deep dedication. This is also reflected in the excellent qualifications and high retention rates. In September, we took on ten of the eleven dual students who completed their three-year course of study. In spring and summer, six trainees completed their training with us. Five of them stayed at TecAlliance,” stresses Kerstin Langohr.
