TecAlliance is offering a total of 25 attractive training and study opportunities for 2018. TecAlliance was recently awarded a prize by the German business magazine Capital as one of the 234 “Best Training Companies in Germany”. The formula for success: intensive support, innovative training methods and international orientation. In the blog “Trainee Tracks”, students and trainees provide an insight into their day-to-day life.

17 trainees and 24 cooperative degree students are currently in training. “Our training team is one of the biggest teams at TecAlliance and we have more applications from young school leavers each year”, Kerstin Langohr, Head of Training says. Why the training is so attractive? “After all, the training and cooperative degree programmes at TecAlliance present an interesting mixture of varied specialist content, many opportunities for active participation, a modern and international environment and a partnership involving everyone. In addition, we try to keep on 100 per cent of our trainees and students after completion of their studies,” Langohr explains.

The training of highly specialised junior employees is strategically important for TecAlliance, as the young people bring lots of impulses and new ideas that contribute to the innovative force and sustainable growth of the company.

“In order to make the trainees and students fit for work in our very international company, they rotate through our different locations and have international practical stints e.g. in Russia, Singapore or China”, the Head of Training reports. “The collaboration with colleagues or fellow students of very different nationalities is not just attractive, but it is a prerequisite in order to keep pace professionally today.”

At the following training, job and career fairs, current trainees and students together with Head of Training Kerstin Langohr will present training at TecAlliance:
