Warranty & Returns Version 2.0 with additional features is now available

Warranty & Returns, a module of the B2B platform Order Manager, simplifies return processes through digitisation. Since August 2020, the new Version 2.0 has been available; it now offers even more opportunities to save time and process costs with additional functions.

It usually takes at least ten minutes to fill in a paper-based form for a warranty or return claim. And manufacturers require different information for their own specific processes. The manual effort for the applicant is very high and the process is error-prone.

One tool for all claims

Parts manufacturers can use the information from the digital claims form and uploaded photos or videos to decide whether to grant a free replacement or refund or reject the claim. The claimant is informed of the decision in real time.

New functions for easier use

Up to 999 items can now be returned in one claim, vehicles can be identified via number plate search in several countries and, thanks to the chat function, queries can be clarified directly via the tool.
