Since 29 March 2018, the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST) has been working together with 12 world-renowned companies in the automotive aftermarket. In addition to TecAlliance, participants in the “China Aftermarket Talent Development Program” include Hella, Schaeffler, Mahler, Tenneco, Bosch, MANN+HUMMEL, Gates, Continental Automotive, Valvoline, NGK and Motorservice. With a mix of theory and practice, the programme offers students deep insights into the automotive aftermarket.

During the programme, company managers will hold 16 lectures and practical training events. The TecAlliance presentation, held by Lei Yang (Business Development) and Yushi Xie (Marketing) on 10 June 2018, met with great interest. In the follow-up, students with above-average grades can apply for 6-month internships, which will provide valuable experience directly in the company and an important qualification for the professional future.
