Since February 2016 TecCom customers in Slovakia and the Czech Republic have been able to use the services of a local contact. TecAlliance business partner Michal Strnad is available to answer any questions customers may have about the TecCom solutions.
In addition a dedicated help desk for technical queries has been set up for each country.
