Lubricant expert LUKOIL expands its market position with TecDoc Catalogue and Order Manager

LUKOIL Lubricants Europe, the European subsidiary of the Russian market leader, is using the TecDoc Catalogue and the B2B platform Order Manager to expand its market position in the European aftermarket.
While LUKOIL ranks among the TOP 10 worldwide for sales volume in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) segment, the company is beginning to develop the European IAM. In order to achieve its growth targets in this strategically important market, the lubricant expert is using the TecAlliance market solutions. LUKOIL offers the aftermarket a comprehensive range of lubricants that meet OEM standards and can be exploited in almost every vehicle for warranty-relevant applications.
LUKOIL decided to work with TecAlliance to meet its growth. First, the product information of the approximately 700 articles was integrated into the TecDoc Catalogue, one of the world’s leading vehicle and spare parts catalogues. Preparing the article information in the internationally recognized TecDoc standard – the seal of approval for high-quality spare parts product information – made it available in a recognized high-quality format. This makes the products visible and easy to find at the point of sale. This increases coverage, opens up new markets and adds to sales.
Since 2019 LUKOIL has been connected to the Order Manager platform. This enables customers in the independent automotive aftermarket to process their orders automatically. In addition to the Order module for electronic order processing, LUKOIL uses e-Invoicing for automated invoicing and paperless invoice dispatch. This simplifies processes and saves costs.
