The organisers of Autopromotec in Bologna drew a positive balance of the five-day trade fair (May 22-26), which was also a major success for us. For the first time, we presented our web application Order Manager Entry Supply Web, which enables small and medium-sized spare parts suppliers in the independent automotive aftermarket to access the entire Order Manager customer base in a simple and cost-effective manner.
The trade fair for automotive equipment, tyre services and re-treading takes place every two years in Bologna and is known as a “global landmark” in the market. “Autopromotec was a real success for us. We were able to establish hundreds of new contacts and arrange many meetings that opened up new business opportunities for us,” says Fabrizio Giannelli, General Manager of TecAlliance Italia. “As a special highlight of the fair, we presented our brand-new online portal Order Manager Entry Supply Web – a very successful premiere!”
Fast access to automated order processing
The web application Order Manager Entry Supply Web enables receipt and export of stock orders from all trading customers connected to the Order Manager platform. Especially small and medium-sized spare parts suppliers can access the entire Order Manager customer base – with more than 25,000 current users worldwide- in a relatively simple and cost-effective manner. Since it is a cloud-based solution, you do not have to integrate it into your own IT systems or make other implementation effort. 25 Years of TecDoc Standard and TecDoc Catalogue 3.0
“For us, Autopromotec Bologna served as a great platform to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the TecDoc Standard with our customers and partners and to present version 3.0 of our TecDoc Catalogue,” says Fabrizio Giannelli.
TecDoc Catalogue 3.0, available since January 2019, has won over trade fair visitors with its many enhancements and new functions. The search is much faster and more accurate and it is more user-friendly and intuitive. The improved in-depth integration of service and maintenance information allows catalogue users to access a wide range of manufacturer-compliant information directly when they search for spare parts.
