Electronic invoicing offers considerable savings potential for invoice senders and recipients. Legally compliant electronic invoices are already sent anywhere in the world quickly and securely with e-Invoicing. They can now also be seen by recipients directly on the electronic order platform Order Web (TecWeb 5.0). TecAlliance customers can carry out their ordering and invoicing processes by logging into a single web-based tool.

The e-Invoicing Journal in Order Web shows the most important invoice data at a glance. The column view can be individually configured. Various search, sorting and filter options make it easier to process invoices, while invoice documents can be opened and exported.

Because the Order Web solution is based online, no software installation or updating is necessary. After one-off activation by the TecAlliance Support (support@tecalliance.net) and granting of access by the Order Web administrator, the electronic invoices can be seen directly in the Order Web Journal. Customers who have not yet received any invoices via the e-Invoicing (TecInvoice) solution should contact their suppliers directly.

Invoicing parties also benefit from the integration of e-Invoicing in Order Web because it is easy to add new invoice recipients. 120 invoicing organisations currently send approximately 100,000 electronic invoices per month to around 5,100 recipients.
