Customers of PartsTec, the specialist for automotive and industrial spare parts trade in Europe, America and Asia, can now use Order Manager to make price and availability enquiries and place stock and express orders.

With its comprehensive range of functions and practice-oriented architecture, Order Manager is the multi-functional tool to provide optimum support to the complete order-to-invoice process. Thanks to the Order module, enquiries that were previously received by telephone, e-mail or fax have now been largely digitised; their processing has been automated. For PartsTec and its customers, this means quicker response times, more transparency and smoother processes.

Since the order fulfilment operation has been integrated into our ERP system, we can process all orders faster and more simply, this is particularly important, especially in our role as parts supplier”, explains Ralf Kemmler, PartsTec Sales Manager for Germany.  Thanks to the close cooperation between TecAlliance and partner company ByteRider, PartsTec was able to integrate the system into the ‘Abisco’ ERP system in the shortest possible time. This was done with the minimum development effort by PartsTec.

Parts Tec’s product range includes engine components, spare parts for the drive train and original equipment quality products for vehicle electricals.
