The SRS (Specialist Reporting System) is an automated error processing system for users of the TecDoc CATALOG and for the parts manufacturers’ product managers.

SRS 2.0 is being integrated into the TecDoc WEB CATALOG 2.5 and can be built into all industry and shop solutions. Connection to external systems via WEB SERVICEs is also possible.

The communication system makes it possible for users to notify parts manufacturers of errors using largely standard texts when transferring data from the CATALOG. A response and correction of the error are then guaranteed. The new 2.0 version offers multi-level role administration and an escalation process.
