Mondial Assistance, the international market leader for assistance and travel insurance, has decided to implement the solution TecCONTROL from TecAlliance in all workshops in its contract network.

This will accompany the introduction of its new product ‘Remise à la route rapide’ and help to rationalise its operational processes. In addition, Mondial Assistance has awarded the provider with the group’s in-house Trophée Technologie 2015 as one of the best partner companies of 2015.

Since Mondial Assistance began implementing the online tool in 2015,  750 of its 850 workshops in France are already actively using TecCONTROL. Mondial Assistance also provides training courses on its use.

The web-based platform offers standardised OE data for all vehicles in the EU and makes it possible to estimate repair, maintenance and replacement costs for wearing parts to be down to the cent.
