TecDoc Catalogue 3.0 is being launched on the Russian market to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the introduction of the TecDoc Standard. The new version of the spare part catalogue is even more user-friendly and intuitive than before to enable faster and more precise searches. For 25 years now, the TecDoc Standard has represented a reliable seal of quality for high-quality spare parts information and data. This data standard enables optimised automated and digitised process solutions throughout the entire supply chain of the Independent Automotive Aftermarket (IAM). It ensures comparability, efficiency, transparency and quality of product data in the global automotive aftermarket. It enables workshops to precisely identify vehicles and quickly find the right spare parts. In addition to the TecDoc Catalogue 3.0, there are other highlights that will be presented at the trade fair. “With Repair & Maintenance Information (RMI), we offer up-to-date and comprehensive repair and maintenance information at all times, enabling repairs to be carried out according to manufacturer specifications,” adds Robert Swed. “And our Order-to-Invoice solution, the Order Manager, supports wholesalers and workshops in their daily work. In the central web portal, all process steps relating to the ordering of spare parts are bundled and can be handled digitally and automatically – simplifying processes and thus saving time and costs. Each partner requires just one connection to the B2B platform, meaning that they can communicate with all their business partners – irrespective of the format requirements and the technical connection.”

The new cloud-based web application “Entry Supply Web” makes it easy for smaller and medium-sized spare parts suppliers in the Independent Automotive Aftermarket to tap the entire customer base of TecAlliance’s Order Manager in a cost-effective manner; more than 25,000 users around the world now use this solution for order processing. Entry Supply Web makes it possible to receive and export stock orders from all trade customers linked to the Order Manager platform. Integration into the suppliers’ own IT systems or other implementation efforts are unnecessary.
