A wide range of information on the TecAlliance partner program as well as an overview of the certified partner companies can now be found on the TecAlliance website.
In January 2016 the partner program was launched in the DACH region; the expansion of the program to additional countries is planned for the coming months.
Alexander Bresslau, Director of Sales DACH at TecAlliance, explains the importance of the partner program for the company: “Cooperation with software partners is a key strategy for TecAlliance. The aim is to keep implementation costs and effort as low as possible for our customers so as to achieve maximum process optimisation. What’s more, this cooperation is an opportunity for TecAlliance to recognise market developments early on and adapt our solutions accordingly.”Certified TecAlliance partner companies receive exclusive access to information and resources for the TecAlliance solutions. These include, among others, comprehensive technical assistance in the implementation of interfaces and timely notices of new products and developments. In addition to this, each partner has the option of communicating their customers’ requirements or their own ideas and wishes to TecAlliance in the context of regular exchanges of information.T Certification is awarded for each product brand, in other words for TecCom, TecDoc or TecRMI. A detailed requirement catalogue allows classification as a TecAlliance Platinum, Gold or Silver Partner.
