The TecAlliance partner programme has become very well established in the DACH region. Since the start of the programme in early 2016, almost 30 software companies, consulting firms and goods management system providers have been certified as TecAlliance partners. Thanks to the programme’s success, it has now been introduced in France, where the response has also been highly positive.

Claude Lotrian, Director of Sales for Western Europe and Latin America, explains the reasons for introducing the partner programme: “We want to combine forces to achieve our goal of making the vehicle spare parts market even more efficient and reducing costs in the value chain, and collaborating with software partners is a crucial part of that. Cooperation allows us to recognise market developments early on and adapt our solutions accordingly.”

In France, Senior Sales Manager for Partnerships, David Kopp, is setting up the partner programme and is happy to answer any questions from interested companies. “We are pleased to have been able to start certifying companies as TecAlliance partners, such as the Dealer Management System provider Sogexis, at this early stage. Through close collaboration, we will keep implementation costs and effort as low as possible for our customers.”

In Germany, the most recent partner to be certified was Bertsch Innovation, which provides mediacockpit, a leading product information management (PIM) and media asset management (MAM) system. “We have obtained TecAlliance partner certification because TecDoc is THE standard for automotive suppliers. For years we have been supporting the import, processing and export of TecDoc data, so certification was simply a logical consequence,” says Wolfgang Zingler, CEO of Bertsch Innovation. TecAlliance partners receive exclusive access to information and resources for the TecAlliance solutions. These include, among other things, comprehensive technical assistance in the implementation of interfaces and timely notice of new products and developments. In addition to this, each partner has the option of communicating their customers’ requirements or their own ideas and wishes to TecAlliance in the context of regular exchanges of information.
