What does a TecAlliance People Services Partner/HR Manager Payroll do?
As an experienced HR all-rounder, you will be the central contact person for your colleagues at the Ismaning site. You will ensure smooth HR processes and be responsible for monthly pre- and post-processing payroll accounting. You will provide support for contracts, absences and health issues and take care of all operational tasks.
With several years of professional experience in German payroll and operational HR work, strong analytical skills, a results-oriented and efficient working style and a positive attitude, you will be a strong asset to our energetic team.
