AAPEX & SEMA: Back in full swing

We are looking back at a successful participation at AAPEX & SEMA in early November. After two years of adaptions made to the COVID situation both events have been back in full swing. AAPEX at the Venetian Expo and SEMA at the Las Vegas Convention Center — saw shoulder-to-shoulder crowds. AAPEX ran Nov. 1-3 and SEMA lasted one extra day.

We had a blast being back at AAPEX bringing our North-American teams from JNPSoft and OptiCat together with TecAlliance colleagues from Europe and Mexico. For the first time we presented ourselves to the North-American market in our new branding and equipped with our new streamlined product portfolio. The events also gave us a chance to introduce our new North-America CEO, David Williams, to a broader audience of local partners and customers.

At AAPEX, attendance was 94 per cent of that of 2019 and our booth was flocked with people right after the doors opened at Tuesday morning. For the first time we also joined SEMA Show putting a big emphasise on our JNPSoft services and data.

“It’s been great being back in Las Vegas again meeting our clients and partners and moreover showcasing our streamlined OptiCat & JNPSoft portfolio demonstrating on how we ultimately support the North-American Aftermarket to sell more parts!”

Christian Müller, Vice President Marketing

To preserve something of the great atmosphere for the ones who could not take part in person we also set-up our podcasting studio where we recorded the second season of our TecTalk Aftermarket Podcast which will be released within the next weeks across all platforms.
